WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

Recipient must be residing in or receiving treatments in the Hudson Valley.

​

Recipient must be a child or parent with a child living in their home, 21 years or younger. 

Recipient must have a life threatening illness or whose life has been altered by an accident or sudden loss of life. 

​

Holiday gifts are for children living in the home 21 years of age and younger.
